How to Produce briquettes Process
Material Preparation
If you process wood logs or veneer waste, you first convert them into powder using chipper machinery. Alternatively, raw biomass materials such as agricultural residues and sawdust can be directly processed to create highly efficient fuel briquettes.
Efficiency Drying
When material moisture exceeds 15%, an advanced dryer system is required. To optimize processing, our specialized biomass drying equipment efficiently extracts moisture from agricultural residues, municipal solid waste, or loose wood sawdust effortlessly.
Briquette Pressing
