The Tilala Biomass Dryer (Flash Dring System) is engineered to rapidly dry diverse raw materials including agricultural residues, forestry waste, municipal solid waste, and wood powder. Total throughput performance scales based on initial moisture levels and input particle size.

The system effectively reduces material moisture from 35% down to an optimal 10–15%, ensuring ideal feedstock quality for briquetting presses, pellet mills, and biomass power plants. It is commonly referred to across the industry as a turbo dryer.

Raw material is metered via a screw conveyor into a high-velocity pneumatic hot air line, rapidly evaporating moisture before collecting the dried product via an efficient cyclone.
