Our industrial Sawdust Dryer System is an advanced thermal solution engineered for high-moisture feedstocks like sawdust, agricultural waste, and biomass residues. Raw material is metered via a screw conveyor into a high-velocity pneumatic hot air line, rapidly evaporating moisture before collecting the dried product via an efficient cyclone.
This heavy-duty sawdust drying system seamlessly processes a broad range of agricultural, forestry, and municipal solid wastes. It reliably drops input moisture from approximately 35% down to a stable 10%, making it the ideal prep solution for downstream briquetting plants, pellet mills, and biomass power facilities.
