Waste Process

Wood or Veneer Waste → Feeder → Chipping → Output.

Agricultural Waste

If you have wood logs or veneer waste, first convert them into powder using a wood chipper or veneer chipper, then produce briquettes. For biomass materials such as agricultural residues or sawdust, you can directly use them to make briquettes.

Drying Process

Wet Biomass → Feeder → Hot Air Furnace → Dryer → Cyclone → Dry Biomass Output.

Drying Process

If moisture content above 15% in your raw material then required dryer system. To reduce moisture from any type raw material like agricultural, municipal solid waste, wood powder (sawdust) you can dry all this material by using our biomass drying system.

Process

Dry Sawdust Powder or Biomass → Feeder → Screw Conveyor → Briquette Press → Briquette Line → Briquettes Output.

How to make briquettes

To produce this fuel, you need to install a briquetting plant. A briquetting press machine converts biomass, agricultural, forestry, and municipal waste into briquettes—without requiring any chemicals.

Preparing for ProjectProcess

Proper preparation is essential for successful briquette production. This includes selecting suitable raw materials (wood waste, biomass, or agricultural residues), ensuring proper size reduction and moisture content, and choosing the right machinery such as chippers, crushers, and briquetting presses to achieve efficient and consistent output.
