Sawdust Dryer machine
Tilala Dryer system is the latest drying equipment which our company has studied successfully. By screw conveyor, raw material is transported into a pneumatic conveyor line in the presence of hot air. Dried material is collected by cyclone. The material is dried using the hot air produced by the hot-air Furnace, which contains high moisture, such as the sawdust, agricultural waste, and biomass waste.
Tilala Biomass Dryer machine can be used to dry any material such as agricultural waste, forestry waste, municipal solid waste, wood powder etc. The results of drying are based on the moisture content of your raw material and the size of the raw material.
Tilala Drying machine System is designed to reduce moisture from 35% to 10%. Which is suitable for biomass briquetting plant, biomass power plants, pellet mill and other industry. The drying time is short. Simple structure, require the small installation space, very easy to install and repair.
Wood Waste Process
If you have wood logs then first you can make wood powder from sawdust machine / sawdust making machine and then you can make briquette or if you have timber waste then you first make powder with the wood crusher machine and then you can make briquettes.
Sawdust Drying Process
If moisture content above 15% in your raw material then required dryer system. To reduce moisture from any type raw material like biomass, agricultural waste, municipal solid waste, wood powder (saw dust) you can dry all this material by using our biomass drying system.
How to make briquettes
To make this fuel you required install briquettes machine, briquetting plant. With help of briquetting press machine you can make briquette from any type of biomass, agriculture, forestry and municipal waste and you do not require to mix any type chemical to make briquettes.
